Considerations on the Development and Management of Tai’an Tourism Human Resources

摘要

As the first elements of the social productive forces,human resources is the necessary condition to play the superiority of Tai’an tourist resources,to enhance the international competitiveness of Tai’an tourism,and to realizes the sustainable development of Tai’an tourism by leaps and bounds.However,according to the investigation,the development and management of Tai’an tourism human resources still has many problems,such as structural shortage of talent,lower overall quality of human resources,imperfect education and training system,unreasonable disposition and not fully using of the existing tourism human resources and so on.This paper proposes the corresponding countermeasure to deal with these problems,provides the theory and practice reference for the scientific development of Tai’an tourism human resources.
机译:人力资源作为社会生产力的第一要素,是发挥泰安旅游资源优势,增强泰安旅游国际竞争力,实现泰安旅游可持续发展的必要条件。但是,根据调查,泰安旅游人力资源的开发与管理仍然存在人才结构短缺,人力资源整体素质较低,教育培训体系不健全,配置和管理不合理等问题。提出了应对这些问题的对策,为泰安旅游人力资源科学发展提供了理论和实践参考。
