旅游景区人力资源开发研究——以泰安市为例

         

摘要

旅游景区由于等级、性质、特色、服务项目多少、岗位繁杂程度及管理过程不同,需要森林保育、园艺、导游、餐饮、住宿、商业、安全、卫生、财务等多个方面的人力资源,人力资源需求具有数量大、层次丰富、技术差异大等特点.通过对泰安市旅游景区人力资源的随机访谈、问卷调查和综合分析,找出其中存在的主要问题,以期对旅游景区人力资源发展提供借鉴.%Because of the differences of grade, characteristics, numbers of service projects, job complexity level and the management process of tourist attraction, requiring forest conservation, gardening, tour guides, catering, accommodation, commercial, security, health, financial and many other aspects of human resources. Human resources had the characteristics of big quantity, rich layers, technical differences and so on. Through random interviews, questionnaire surveys and comprehensive analysis of human resources of Taian city tourist attraction , in order to find the main existing problems and expect to provide reference for human resources development of tourist attraction.
