摘要

The construction and development of university laboratories lies in two essential factors,namely, the reforming of management system and management mode. By advancing a two-level management system-the university laboratory and its experimental center, this paper aims to design a laboratory information management system that fits universities, and gives a detailed introduction to the overall framework and functions of the management system by making use of the network, computer technology and campus network-the informatization date communication platform. The application of the system will inevitably reduce the intensity of the staff members' labor to a large extent, improves the efficiency of management and offer a good operation platform for the standardized construction of laboratory as well.
