Applies grey system theory and AHP to put forward a grey hierarchy evaluation model for airline company flight safety, in order to solve the problem in airline flight safety evaluation method. The model given in this paper combined flight crew members system, aircraft system, aircraft mantenance support system, flight environment system, emergency reaction system, and comprehensive safety management system as a whole system to set up a two-level evaluation index system for safety evaluation with AHP. An example is given to show the application of the method. The result shows that this method is rational and pragmatic in airline flight safety evaluation.
