摘要

The adjustment of energy strategy was carried out by national department for the sake of relief on the effect, caused by fluctuation of international energy market, on Chinese economy. By the content of policy strategy adjustment in our country, the existing fire fighting safety issues during this process from the view of energy diversification was analyzed. And, development of petroleum fire accidents since 1950's, as well as the relationship between energy adjustment and fire accidents were studied. On this basis, fire safety countermeasures from 8 perspectives of management system, staff construction, equipments, etc., were put forward, which were of great guiding significance to realize scientific and standardized management of energy fire fighting safety.
机译：能源战略的调整是由国家部门进行的，目的是减轻国际能源市场波动对中国经济的影响。通过对我国政策战略调整的内容，从能源多元化的角度分析了这一过程中存在的消防安全问题。并且，研究了自1950年代以来石油火灾事故的发展以及能源调整与火灾事故之间的关系。在此基础上，从管理制度，人员建设，设备等8个方面提出了消防安全对策，对实现科学，规范的能源消防安全管理具有重要的指导意义。
