The thesis,based on the SWOT analysis and strategic restructuring,is focused on the human resources management of current M&A in Chinese Enterprises,and it points out that enterprise should formulate their human resources strategic alignment to the enterprise's status.This thesis emphasizes that the objective of human resources restructuring is to strengthen enterprises' core competitiveness.A framework for human resources management strategies should be built.With the developing and globalization of Chinese enterprises,human resources management will be changed.Those human resources managers in China should pay attention to these changes and keep sustainable innovation.
