摘要

Under the impact of global financial crisis, China's real estate industry is coming up with a new round of threaten. The housing market is facing an unprecedented gloomy situation. Thus, as it is concerned, how to develop harmonious districts to meet marketing demand and adapt to the economic situation is particularly important to the developers. In this paper, the author defines the meaning of harmonious district, illustrates the affecting factors and builds up a scientific and reasonable indicator system. With the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Delphi method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, it calculates index weights and makes an empirical analysis. Through this, we can not only set up a more perfect harmony settlements evaluation system, but also provide a new way and an evaluation tool for real estate development.
