摘要

In recent years, housing prices continue to rise in Harbin.It not only pulls the market economy but also brings a serious challenge on the consumer's ability to pay. To the long-term stability of our society, the benefits of this status can not offset the disadvantages.In this paper, relying on the dates about the Harbin’s commercial housing in 2000-2007, we use SPSS statistical method to make the quantitative analysis of some influencing factors about the commercial housing prices, and obtain the three most important factors: annual average household disposable income, investment and lending rate. At last, on this basis, some related political recommendations about real estate finance market and macro-control system are given.
