摘要

Study on logistics project risk will give helpful information for managers to make decision or manage risk. Therefore, it is meaningful to evaluate the logistics project risk. This paper gives evaluation indexes system of logistics risk firstly, Then combines the unascertained theory with fuzzy method, and gives the evaluation model of logistic project risk basing on unascertained theory and fuzzy method, firstly the risk probability and risk loss are given by using the unascertained theory and fuzzy method respectively, then the whole risk of logistics project is given according to the mean of risk. And the application of the comprehensive evaluation model is given, which combines the quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and the model is effective and system to evaluate risk, and is useful for managers to manage risk of logistic project.
机译：对物流项目风险的研究将为管理者做出决策或管理风险提供有益的信息。因此，评估物流项目风险具有重要意义。本文首先给出了物流风险的评价指标体系，然后将未确知理论与模糊方法相结合，提出了基于未确知理论和模糊方法的物流项目风险评估模型，首先利用未确定因子给出了风险概率和风险损失。分别采用理论和模糊方法，根据风险均值给出了物流项目的整体风险。给出了综合评价模型的应用，将定量分析与定性分析相结合，该模型有效，系统地评估了风险，对管理者管理物流项目的风险非常有用。
