摘要

Along with the mature of the China stock market day by day,as well as background of the internationalization and the marketability,the investment funds,the qualified foreign investor,society guarantees institutional investors and the insurance fund become the leading force of the stock market,which has made the market investment idea reformed. Therefore,our country stock market gradually changed from the to the fundamental plane analysis value investment way. Stock investment's primary purpose is the income,as a rational investor,what we must first choose is these the superior stock about fundamental planes. Therefore,assessment method research of the stock investment value is meaningful. Through using the niche,we evaluate the stock investment value of the corporation in china. Finally we gave the pointed investment countermeasure,which has a very vital role to stock market's steady progression and investor's income.
