摘要

Based on the assessments and experience of policy practice of coordination development between eco-civilization construction and regional economy home and abroad, this paper analyses main policies of coordination development between ecological civilization construction and regional economy with policy matrix. It is shown that policy matrix can be divided into three kinds: “two types and three objects” “three mechanisms and three objects” “three mechanisms and four types”. Meanwhile, this paper probes into such issues as contents, reasons, practice, effectiveness, obstacles of the policies.
机译：在对国内外生态文明建设与区域经济协调发展政策实践的评价和经验的基础上，运用政策矩阵分析了生态文明建设与区域经济协调发展的主要政策。结果表明，政策矩阵可以分为三种：“两种类型和三种对象”，“三种机制和三种对象”，“三种机制和四种类型”。同时，本文探讨了政策的内容，原因，实践，有效性，障碍等问题。
