摘要

It is difficult to improve the project quality only relying on traditional quality management methods. For this reason, learning the advanced management from other countries is definitely necessary. This paper first introduces the general overview about today's project quality management in China, then explains lean construction theory. After that, this paper compares with the traditional quality management elaborating the similarity and difference. At last, but not the least, this paper continues to discuss about four practical factors for providing a way to be possibly used in the real industrial. In one word, writing this paper is to find a new angel trying to figure out the problems in construction quality management.
机译：仅依靠传统的质量管理方法很难提高项目质量。因此，绝对有必要向其他国家学习高级管理。本文首先介绍了当今中国项目质量管理的概况，然后解释了精益建设理论。在此之后，本文将其与传统的质量管理进行了比较，阐述了它们的异同。最后但并非最不重要的是，本文继续讨论四个实际因素，以提供一种可能在实际工业中使用的方法。一言以蔽之，写这篇论文是为了寻找一个新的天使，试图弄清建筑质量管理中的问题。
