Time varying linear differential equations of second order can been transformed into the solvability of time-varying linear differential equations of second order by employing reversible constant linear transformation and reversible time varying linear transformation. The solvability of time-varying linear differential equations of second order is studied, and some sufficiency conditions are presented. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.
