We have studied fluid coupler''s such basic parameters'' relationship as MB, MT, nB, nT, η, and i, and these studies are based upon liquid mechanics and mechanical power''s variation rules. We have found the rule about fluid coupler absorbs power from engine and outputs power. We also found the parameters which have direct affection to fluid coupler''s characteristics. At last, we have studied mathematical equation and curve which used to prescribe power characteristics. By analyzing mathematical model, what we have studied can be helpful to design mechanical fluid coupler.
