摘要

With the developing of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, many Chinese enterprises assume the traffic infrastructure's construction. The demand of international engineering and technical talents is growing. According to our academy's regional advantage and speciality characteristic, we explore and implement the new training mode for international engineering and technical talents, namely project-oriented "'specialist'+ senior workers + minority languages in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Thai) ".On the process of training, we integrate academy with enterprises ,domestic with foreign related resources to increase students' ability, make our graduates to be outstanding international talents, and reach the goal of talents education.
