摘要

The police of public opinion acquisition and processing system are provided to the masses and police through a communication platform.It will be the populace reflecting the public opinion information,and make analysis to fully enhance the police agencies organizational management,and improve the working style and improve work efficiency.This system uses object-oriented analyzing and design method of system modeling,and use UML for detailed analysis and design the system of use case diagram,static structure model and the dynamic behavior of the system model.
