摘要

The paper based on the psychological contract theory, aiming at the serious problem of knowledge-type employees' turnover, via studying features of the knowledge-type employees, finds out that psychological contract violation is the main reason caused the loss of knowledge-type employees, and then constructs the knowledge-type employees' ; psychological contract violation model. In addition, it based on the knowledge-type employees' unique demands characteristics, proposes some suggestions from the point of enterprises to solve employee turnover problem.
