Job burnout and organizational climate have recently been the focus of western organizational behavioral science and human resource management. The survey from local enterprises shows that there is some relationship among organizational climate, organizational learning and job burnout. The analysis shows that organizational climate except with the exception of procedures standardized has negative impact on job burnout, which is signally moderated by the variable of organizational.
