This paper firstly analyzed talent structure of software enterprises in our country, pointed out the trend in demand of most enterprises for talent, and from the point of talent's development analyzed talent cultivation aim of software engineering specialty.Secondly, it introduced CDIO engineering educational philosophy's content and characters in brief, and proposed reformation and practice of Talent cultivation system based on this philosophy.

机译：本文首先分析了我国软件企业的人才结构，指出了大多数企业对人才的需求趋势，并从人才的发展角度分析了软件工程专业的人才培养目标。其次，介绍了CDIO工程教育理念的内容。并简要介绍了这一特点，并提出了基于该理念的人才培养体系的改革与实践。
