On the early republic of China, Ping City Official Money Bureau was established by ministry of finance. On the surface, as a unified monetary system, financial transfers, essentially, services for the warlord.Five features in the predecessor of Ping City Official Money Bureau, the establishment of it, the development of branch office and the agitation of bank runs, the essay describe evolution about the monetary bureau nearly a decade.Then introduce the disintegration of economic management in every stage, analyzing and summarizing, autocratic system, politics has always been dominant, while it participate the process of economic confrontation.
