People's understanding of health varies as the knowledge of the objective world grows.People now have realized that health problem in the human society is not just an individual problem or family problem, but a problem concerning the whole society and country.Health directly influences the development of a country.Therefore, study on student's physical, psychological and social health has become an important topic in school education. This article carries out research and analysis on the implementation of health education in physical education in a general university and on the factors that affect the health education, using research methods such as documentation, questionnaire, mathematical statistics etc.The research results show that currently, the health education notion in physical education in this university is lagging behind and has not got enough attention.Health education, combined with physical education, lacks systematic and demonstrative teaching.The health education notion, campus culture and ambience, physical education content and method, and health monitoring facilities and assessment all influence the implementation of health education in university physical education.
机译：人们对客观世界的了解随着人们对健康的理解而变化，人们已经认识到人类社会中的健康问题不仅是个人问题或家庭问题，而且是关系到整个社会和国家的问题，健康直接影响着发展因此，对学生的身体，心理和社会健康的研究已成为学校教育中的重要课题。本文采用文献，问卷，数理统计等研究方法，对一所普通大学体育教育中健康教育的实施情况及影响健康教育的因素进行了研究和分析。研究结果表明，目前，健康教育观念落后，没有引起足够重视。健康教育与体育相结合，缺乏系统的，示范性的教学方法。健康教育观念，校园文化氛围，体育教学内容和方法，健康监测设施和评估均会影响大学体育教育中健康教育的实施。
