摘要

In order to cope with the growing harmonic pollution in power system this paper provided a design of DSPbased harmonic detector with the characteristic of real-time and high-precision.The design used window function and Synchronous sampling technology to reduce the Spectral leakage and Picket-fence effect, and it has been proved that the detector was effective by the experimentation.
