Through analysis of the supply chain of the medical equipment suppliers and the comparison of requirements and objectives between medical equipment purchasers and suppliers, we realized the possibility and the necessity of the coordination and optimization in the chain of procurement and supply. This paper proposed that through the effort of hospital together with medical equipment suppliers, the chain of medical equipment procurement and supply would get more improvement and thoughtful service.
