With the diversification of construction products and the modernization of construction technology, the factors of construction safety have become more complex. Studying the factors under the new situation is of great importance to improve the production efficiency of construction and reduce the occurrence of construction safety accidents. Based on literature review and expert consultation, several factors that affect the construction safety are summarized. By means of questionnaires, these factors are given marks. Then, seven representative comprehensive factors are extracted from these factors through factor analysis, which are considered as key factors affecting the construction safety and can provide a reference of safety management for the construction enterprises and other related parties.
