According to the reality of China telecommunication industry, following the discipline and particularity of China telecommunication industry, the article analysis the following tendencies which will happen in future: (1) The convergence of three networks will be the irresistible tendency. (2) The reform of charge will have a great breakthrough. (3) The mode of network operation will have a new breakthrough. (4) The issue of 3G licenses and operation will form a new structure in telecommunication market. (5) The telecommunication competition will go further. (6) There will be transformation from traditional telecommunication industry chain to open cooperative integral telecommunication industry chain.
