The microstructure and mechanical properties of the ultra-high strength steel by nanoscale particles are studied in detail with different solid solution treatment. The results indicated that the microstructure has been transformed from ferrite bands to sorbite and polygonal ferrite with the solid solution's temperature increasing from 600 to 950 °C. The microhardness has three part which are ascent, descent stage and peak value, what is more, the tensile strength is corresponding to it. The relationship of the microstructure and tensile strength has been investigated and discussion with solid solution in this paper.
