摘要

Green infrastructure is a green space network, which implements multifunctional use of natural resources and improves the quality of people's life. This paper determines seven functions of green infrastructure with the guidance of solving the existing problems and the three levels of green infrastructure implementation, refines summarized eight stakeholders, builds the 26 roles on the implementation of green infrastructure, and then establishes a relationship model between the eight stakeholders and the 26 roles. In order to ensure the key stakeholders involved in green infrastructure implementation, the article puts forward the safeguard measures. This paper provides academic reference for the green infrastructure implementation.
