This paper presents a novel comprehensive RV(rotor vector) reducer testing platform. The stress and strain of testing platform are analyzed under the working load. Concentricity setting is the most important part of the manufacturing of the RV reducer testing platform that affects the final testing accuracy. This paper investigates the specific influence of the key assembly parameters of concentricity on the testing precision using simulation method and provides the basis for the general technical reference guide of RV reducer test. The angle error and offset error causes by concentricity errors are analyzed. Then a recommended tolerance of concentricity of the testing platform is given. The platform is made and the simulation investigation on the testing platform is presented, the simulation results confirmed the feasibility of the novel comprehensive RV reducer testing platform.
