This paper investigates the ℋ stability of memristive neural networks with time delays. Two alternative methods, which take into account the excitatory and inhibitory of memristor-based synaptic weights, are provided to develop the desired ℋ stability conditions. It is shown that both the two methods can be viewed as the tradeoff between conservativeness and complexity. Under the proposed methods, several concise delay-dependent and delay-independent ℋ stability criteria are formulated in terms linear matrix inequalities, respectively. In the end, two comparative examples are presented to illustrate the viability of our methods.
