摘要

The National College Counselor Professional Ability Competition is a large-scale competition for more than 130,000 college counselors. It aims to promote the specialization and professionalization of the counselor team. The competition carries out the way that the judges give reviews by groups. In order to avoid the impact of the different scoring habits of judges, the original scores need to be normalized. This paper analyses the drawbacks of the current normalization method, in which group players rely too much on the highest score and the lowest score, puts forward improving strategies, and makes an empirical analysis.
