This paper suggests a new medical image encryption framework by dividing the medical image into four parts, andeach part is bit-xored with the different keyset. Further Linear Wavelet Transform (LWT) is applied. The numerical and security tests are evaluated on various medical images. The projectedframework is robust when relatedtotraditional encryption schemes regarding security threats. Quantitative measures such as correlation coefficients, Number of pixels Change Rate (NPCR) and Unified Average Change Intensity (UACI), were calculated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed encryption method. From the measured values, the projected scheme is sustainable to attacks.
