The interaction of online teaching is an import factor for teaching efficiency. Due to massive students and spatial isolation, online teaching has a much lower interactive effect than classroom teaching. To address the issue, a fine-grained evaluation approach is proposed to test different online interactive tools, and the individualized and automated interactive method for large-scale online teaching is given. The paper summarizes various feasible online interactive tools in information technology and artificial intelligence, which provides support for interactive demands in different scenarios. The work could largely raise the interests, participation and learning efficiency of students.
