The prevention and control of pitaya fruit is very important. In this paper, the pitaya fruit disease and disease spots are separated from the image to determine the type of pitaya fruit. When considering the image segmentation algorithm, we consider the small difference between the foreground and background of the image, and use the two-dimensional OTSU algorithm with the FCM algorithm for the segmentation algorithm. This paper conducts experiments on the sample pictures of the experimental base. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm has better segmentation effect and accuracy than the similar algorithms, and the edge information is preserved well, which has certain experimental value.
