AMSAT satellites Fox-1A through Fox-1D (the FM Foxes) all do or will send telemetry at about200 bits-per-second using a technique called Data Under Voice (DUV). DUV uses Frequency ShiftKeying (FSK) to carry data in the baseband spectrum below about 300Hz. Fox-1E (officiallyknown as RadFxSat-2), while using many of the same hardware components, contains a lineartransponder with 1200 bits-per-second telemetry sent as Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) onone side of the pass band. This paper describes the Fox-1E telemetry including a new featurecalled Whole Orbit Data. It does not describe the modulation technique itself.
