摘要

Through analysis on the tacit knowledge and the core competence of real estate enterprises, specifies the tacit-knowledge characteristics which the core competence expressed in the real estate enterprises, points out the existed obstacles in tacit knowledge management, and also applies a detailed analysis on the barriers. On this basis, in terms of the tacit knowledge management, discusses the core competence establishing strategies for real estate enterprises from the following aspects, which are the learning organization creation, the trust and cooperation enterprise culture building, the social responsibility foster, the incentive mechanism according to knowledge contribution.
