摘要

This paper presents a pure 2D interactive graphics NC automatic programming system. The interactive graphics principles are integrated with 2D NC automatic programming techniques. The whole programming procedure is completed by menu driving andinteractive graphing. The actual application result shows that applying interactive graphics to 2D NC machining programming can make the automatic programming system more user - friendly and transparent. The system is very reliable, with the programmingfeatures of simple, convenience, fast and efficiency. The system also preserves the functions of tool path dynamic simulation and machining codes simulation, which make the programmer judge the correctness and rationality of tool path and machining codes. Interactive 2D graphics NC automatic programming technique will be of great practical value and bright development prospect. It totally can substitute the APT system in 2D NC automatic machining programming.
