摘要

An entire block of flats of 6 buildings has been exposed for years to the noise produced by helicopter traffic in the heliport of Capri. Capri DAMECUTA heliport is a military pitch open to helicopter rescue and civilian traffic. We want to make a comparison between specialist consultancy carried out in summer 2014 and the recent technical consultant ordered by the Naples court of law in summer 2018. The results of specialist consultancy, were obtained through measurements with a single sound level meter well-placed at the most exposed building receiver (C), and using a predictive acoustic scenario for the remaining buildings. While, the court of law consultancy employed three test helicopters to carry out the measurements with 4 sound level meters placed in all the buildings. Despite the differences in methodology and criticalities found, which will be better described, the same judgment was reached on the tolera-bility of the noise of the exposed.
