Our recent studies have been on small mixed clusters containing these elements. Employing Knudsen effusion mass spectrometry thermodynamic data on the molecules Si_2N, Si_3N, BSiN and B_2N have been derived. Thermal functions for these species were based on molecular parameters taken from literature. The atomization enthalpies at 0 K in kJmol~(-1) are: Si_2N(g), 1011 +- 12; Si_3N(g), 1298 +- 19; BSiN(g), 1086 +- 21 and B_2N(g), 1068 +- 25. The corresponding enthalpies of formation at 0 K in kJmol~(-1) are: 352 +- 15, 511 +- 22, 390 +- 21 and 523 +- 25, respectively.
