The treatment of patients with myocardial pumping insufficiency results, under normal circumstances, in heart transplantation. We focus on the possibilities of morphing in order to model patients' hearts, based on measurements obtained from the CT and MR. The derived morphing model will be the basis of a twofiber elastic network design, which should be pulled tight over the heart of a patient. Based on this cardioplasty, the contractility of the ventricles will be more sufficient, and transplantation may be avoided.
