摘要

Adoption of Medium-light electric vehicles in regional delivery started from 2014 and exploded in the second half of 2015 due to fast growth of urban logistics driven by booming e-commerce as well as vigorous promotion and application of electric vehicles in China. This paper comprehensively summarizes latest status of logistics EVs' usage in regional delivery and its practice innovation in China. Based on analyzing life cycle cost, performance, policies and business model as well as challenges, suggestions will be provided on building smart ecosystem and operating EVs successfully for green delivery and sustainable urban mobility.
