摘要

Electronic Scrap (ES) is one of the most important parts of electronic waste, which contains many valuable components. It causes serious environmental problems without proper disposal method. Systemic studies of recycling discarded ES by mechanical technology and separation mechanism by density had been made in the paper. Chosen two kinds of ES, one is Printed Circuit Board (PCB), the other is Printed Wire Board (PWB). The experimental results show that air table can effectively separate electronic scrap in size of 2.8~0.25mm by mixture material and different granularities. With more than 70% of Cu, Fe and alloy recycled, the metal content of heavy product amounts to 59.48%. With 78.57% recovery, the resin and plastic content in light product is 85.51%. It brings good results to separate 1.2~0.5mm PCB, metal content is 84.87%, recovery is 94.64%.
