摘要

Meloidogyne incognita is a widespread plant nematode around the world. It can infect 2000 kinds of plants, including many important vegetable crops, such as cucumber, potato, tomato, pepper, eggplant, melon and so on. Root-knot nematode disease is becoming more the more serious in South China and makes great losses in yield and commercial values in recent years. Nematicides are much easier to remain on the edible parts of vegetable and do harm to human health directly since vegetable crops always have a relative short period of growth time.
