Nowadays, R.S.I. (i.e. Repetitive Strain Injuries) and back pain are supposed to be ca. 70 % of occupational French diseases. R.S.I. can be called Cumulative Trauma Disorders (C.T.D.), Overuse Syndrome, Overuse Injuries, Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS), etc... too. Amongst R.S.I., we will mention here C.T.S., i.e. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. These occupational diseases essentially concern the following body parts: shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, but also upper and lower back. A lot of internal and external factors can and could contribute to induce R.S.I. The scope of our presentation is not to talk about these factors, but to show our methodology, in order to prevent efficiently R.S.I. occurrence by suitable means and tools, especially by a specific training and, thus, as the case may be.
