摘要

Complementary recognition is a basis of a variety of biological and chemical phenomena.In DNA and RNA,the complementariry derived from the interaction between nucleobases developes the specific structures and functions.To apply the complementarity in the de novo peptide design,we have attempted to use nucleobase interaction in peptides,because the combination of the recognition ability of nuclobases and the peptide tertariry structure should provide an artificial peptide with a novel character.
