摘要

Ultra-violet curable silicones for release coatings have been around for a number of years. Their fast cure speed and low curing temperature allow high line speeds and coating of thermally sensitive materials. Recent advances in the chemistry of silicone release have allowed for faster line speeds, broader choice of adhesives, and the ability to tailor release levels to meet customer demands. This paper deals with these new advances, and provides some real world examples.
