摘要

Based on modem corporation economic feature, this article gives a new calculating method of corporation employee's life value using basic theory of safety economy,. The average life value of employees is lying on the economic benefit and management level of the corporation, and the individual's life value is also decided by the individual's contribution to the corporation. The research result shows that the life value involves the value of the living means which is essential for reproducing labor force, and that the value created by the worker to the society. So the life value on safety economics is higher than the conventional death compensation.
