摘要

The polylactide was synthesized and modified with maleic anhydride. Its heat stability, mechanical and degradation property, and the cell affinity have improved compared with polylactide. Then the composite of polylactide, hydroxyapaptite and bone matrix gelatin was prepared. It has repaired the defects (about 1.5X1.0cm) of dog laminectomy and the defects (about 1.5cm) of rabbit radius bone in less that 6 months.
