The soft grinding film is a kind of grinding tool which has plastic soft base adhering super-hard abrasive. It may be a piece sticking rigid body or grinding belt. It isn1t replaced by other grinding tool because of its acid resistance, alkali resistance, water-resistance, oil resistance, heat-resistance et al. Because the first important problem to make the soft grinding film is selecting about the base and the abrasive cement, so according to its operational performance, select the base and abrasive cement, and form film in the lab, and test its grinding ratio and tensile strength. The results show that the base and the abrasive cement are right.
