摘要

The spinel-zirconium S10Z17 composite represents a new synthetic raw material obtained by electro-melting. There are succinctly presented the cooling tehnological conditions that permitted that, starting from the same mixture of raw materials, 2 synthetic raw materials are obtained, with the same chemical composition renders evident different mineralogical constituents, different porosities below 5 % or 10-11 % and implicitly different grinding aptitudes. The characterization of the synthetically raw materials obtained was done by the determination of the chemical composition, the thermal shock resistance, apparent density, porosity and the identification of the mineralogical constituents and of the form and of the greatness of those by X ray diffraction and electronically microscopy. The type of the mineralogical constituents formed, the form and the greatness of the crystals and the porosity achieved have led to the obtained of the some special characteristics.
