However after taking too much precautions and contacting water chemical supplying companies nobody succeed to give concrete solution for Boiler water treatment. After making the separate Water Management section before Cogeneration commissioning, Ugar sugar Works Ltd., had succeed cent percent to maintain high pressure Boiler water quality. Turbines were opened after two years of working for inspection. Both Turbines conditions were excellent like brand new one, which clearly indicates that whatever treatment given for Boiler water is excellent. Boilers were not cleaned chemically even after four years of working still they are working efficiently.
